Relax in our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family beach house on the beach front at Two Rocks. Just a short 3 min walk to Leeman’s Landing, one of Two Rocks best beaches. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Enjoy your own private downstairs apartment in this relaxed coastal home. Your hosts live upstairs, but there are no shared spaces including seperate access. Walking distance to the beach! Relax by the beautiful pool and make use of the spacious outdoor area—great for unwinding or for kids to play, including a cubby house. NOTE: The kitchen is a large outdoor kitchen with a bar fridge, BBQ, grill top, and sink. There is no freezer or oven. A comfortable, relaxed setting for an easy holiday.

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.
