This space features a laundry room, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a large sofa in the living room. Living room has very large patio windows with great park-view!

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.
