River Valley Loft

Drive up the gravel lane way and escape to this loft. Hidden, one storey up above our storage garage. It’s just a two minute drive from the village of Bear River, or a five minute hike if you’re up to the steep hill. Sip cocktails or your morning Java on the ground floor deck. Early mornings as well as just before sundown can bring sightings of white tailed deer, pheasants and the humming birds are plenty. This retreat space is a fully and tastefully appointed modern oasis in a country setting.

Express Studio Units- no range

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

The Old School House (Apartment 1)

Apt 1 is a unique air bnb experience with a private balcony and spectacular view of St. Mary's Bay. Apartment 1 can sleep up to 6 ppl. Enjoy viewing incoming and outgoing tides with magnificent and breathtaking sunsets. located a few steps from beach Boardwalk. On premises you'll find La Vieille École - Resto sur Mer. This summer Les Beaux Vendredis will take place July 1st, 31st and August 14th weather permitting. Les Beaux Vendredis is a picnic style event with local talent on bandstand.
