Older attractively decorated small one bedroom vacation rental apartment in a quiet coastal village. It might be better described as an efficiency apartment? Perfect for a party of two persons on a budget like ourselves. Repainted, refurnished after a long term tenant of 13 years moved back home to Ohio. In fact, when we had to come up with a name for the apartment, he had been for so long such a part of every ones lives we continued calling it "Fred's Place".

We are located in the historic section of Yarmouth where there are many other huge historic properties within walking distance. We are also within walking distance to the ferry terminal, restaurants, coffee shops, local pub, grocery store, banks, fitness center and downtown shopping. It's a private upstairs apartment with a private entrance only the guests can access.
