Heart of West Sedona

My home is centrally located in the heart of west Sedona. Just a five minute walk gets you to national forest trails or shopping, movie theatres and the local brewery. The outdoor area is spacious and beautiful (if I do say so myself) and have been told it has an air of tranquility. The house has two wings; we are on the opposite end of the house from you so it is very private. We have a new member of the family, Cassie, a German Shepard, who is friendly, sweet, but quite skittish and vocal.

This beautiful property sits on THREE forested acres. TWO cabins are included. The main cabin features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a living room with wood burning fireplace, one private bedroom with queen bed, huge loft with 2 queen and 3 twin beds and flat screen tv. The guest cabin features a living room with tv, wet bar, fridge, two loft bedrooms (one queen and one king) and a bathroom. This cabin also has a LARGE game room equipped with a ping pong table and game table.

We would like to invite you to stay at our spacious Western themed cottage we are located on 4 acres. The cottage has one Queen bed and a small kitchen and a private bath with shower. Enjoy relaxing in bed on a chilly evening watching the fire in the fireplace and watch your favorite DVD. Our cottage has a private entrance with stairs. Views are magnificent you can see for miles. The cottage has been completely redone with new flooring and paint. And is VERY CLEAN.

Cute, clean and comfortable upstairs guest room in my Prescott home. Downtown Prescott is about 6 minutes from my house, about 5 minutes to National Forest in the other direction.
