Cottage on a working market garden

Studio cottage with full bath and self-catering kitchen with pots and pans, etc., queen sized bed with fresh linens and towels provided. This cottage is on a working market garden. Maximum occupancy two adults. We do have a small bed that could be added to accommodate a small child about 6 years and under. WE WILL ACCEPT SOME PETS, BUT NOT ALL. We are one mile from grocery shopping. Local roads ideal for cycling. Thirteen miles west of Dayton. Price includes fresh flowers and vegetables from the garden during the season. One cat on the property. Cottage has ceiling fan and good air circulation and a window air-conditioner during the warmer months. There is a TV that streams Apple TV and Kanopy in the cottage, and excellent WIFI access. National Air Force Museum in Dayton is only 20 miles/ 30 minutes away. University of Dayton is 14 miles/ 20 minutes from the cottage. Dayton International Airport is 21 miles/ 26 minutes away. Your hosts are a hospitable couple who enjoy meeting new people. If no one else is booked after you, we can be more flexible with the check-out time.

The Tuscan is unique, offering amenities seldom found in our area. Located 1.4 miles from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck or stay in and watch a movie on the Samsung Smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. 4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

NEW Oregon District Cozy Downtown Towhome

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.

The Cottage Retreat

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.
