Welcome to our brand new custom built mountain home located in Island Park, Idaho. We built and designed this home with our guests in mind. This home is located at the end of a dead end road bordering the vast forest service land which creates a quiet, peaceful, and private place to stay. This home is also conveniently located 25 minutes from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park and only 5 minutes to our brand new grocery store Sam Patch Co. We hope you love this home as much as we do.

This home is located on the Yellowstone River with unobstructed views of Yellowstone National Park. The 30 ft. deck with BBQ and comfy furniture is fantastic for relaxing after a long day of rafting, hiking, or exploring everything that Yellowstone has to offer. You’ll love the views, the location and beautiful and comfortable living space. The Private River Access is perfect for fly fishing all year-round. There are many dining options, a grocery store and shopping all within walking distance.

Historic 1902 Stone House, 1 block to Yellowstone

"1902 Stonehouse" is one of the original houses in Gardiner. Lovingly restored and restyled , the first floor has 9 foot ceilings ,and original wood floors. The living room has 2 comfy leather couches and a large TV screen (for your streaming). 8 foot barn doors separate the LR from the light filled dining room. The farmhouse style kitchen has open shelving, a butcherblock island. Up the grand staircase there are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The bathroom has a tiled shower with glass door

A “rustic” cowboy themed home located close to Yellowstone National Park, perfect for summer AND winter! It is cozy with a wood burning stove & a fire pit in the yard to help your family enjoy the stars at night. Fun opportunities in the area are endless; hiking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, hot springs, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, white water rafting, wildlife viewing & so much more! This home is designed with couples and pets in mind! Two bedrooms, each with access to a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

The Paradise Valley is 60 miles of stunning landscape and wilderness and schoolhouse is right in the middle of it all.

You’ll love my place because the location is perfect for exploring Yellowstone National Park (only 1 miles from the park entrance) and then coming back to a comfortable house to relax in after your busy day. This is truly your home away from home. In the winter you are able to ski to the rendezvous ski trails from our house. The trailhead is 1/4 of a mile away. The snowmobile trails are also just steps away.
