Each house has two cosy bedrooms, one bathroom and a half bathroom , and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, offers a welcoming space to unwind after a day of adventures. Step onto the expansive balconies of both homes and enjoy breath taking views of the sparkling sea.

The apartment is located in the center of the village . It is on the second floor on the front side of the building . It has full equipped kitchen, there is free WIFI, a TV and an air conditioner (AC) free of charge. Housecleaning services are also included (free of charge every 3 days). Our business follows all necessary rules and precautions,in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which are regulated by the Ministry of Tourism.So this business has acquired the "Health First" certification.

Cozy apartment with a beautiful view located inside the village of Nea Poteidaia next to the sea. There is a small beach that you can climb down by stairs. There is also another beach located in the other side of the village which it will take you about 10 minutes to reach by foot. Of course, there is the option of going to the Agios Mamas beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. Lastly, in the nearby area there are excellent restaurants with great food that you can visit.
