Grasmere B&B Cottage

Looking for a quick getaway to the Yarra Valley? Unwind and relax at Grasmere Cottage set on our 32 acre farm and just a short hop away from some of Victoria's finest wineries and wedding locations. Experience the joy of sharing the property with alpacas, cows, chickens and wildlife. Bookings for three nights or more will receive a complimentary cheese platter. We allow small dogs at the Cottage (under 10kg) but if your pooch is larger - you can always book our second property Grasmere Lodge.

Fig Leaf Cottage

The standard price for the cottage is for 2 guests, encompassing a king room with en suite, lounge room, kitchenette including breakfast supplies and snacks, and a deck with views of the Yarra Valley. Should you have more than 2 guests, the second queen room and full en suite will need to be booked for an additional flat price of $150 per night, max 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom you need to book for 3 people.

"Yering Park Cottage" is set in a private garden setting on 1/2 acre of landscaped gardens with beautiful rural and mountain views at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, only minutes from Coombe-The Melba Estate, Stones, Meletos, Yering Station, wineries and other attractions such as world class golf courses, restaurants, Healesville Sanctuary and township. Fully renovated offering excellent accommodation for up to 6 guests, large living/kitchen/dining area, separate toilet and laundry

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

Cosy Country Retreat

Located close to all the winery’s ( don’t forget the chocolaterie ) that the Yarra Valley has to offer,this space is: -Perfect for a couple -Queen bed -Netflix and wifi -kitchen with basic essentials -working/office space -Clean,fresh bathroom - with some added essentials -Fresh new space -Separate from main house and quiet -Private -Fire pit- weather permitting -car parking -we have two dogs you may see them, they are very friendly. And also two goats :)

The Barn Yarra Valley

Yarra Valley Views Spacious 2 bedroom guest suite

This spacious and modern 2 bedroom suite boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and rolling hills, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The suite is equipped with all the modern amenities, including two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, full bathroom, kitchenette, lounge area, and outdoor deck area. When you book our guest suite the price is for both rooms (3 or 4 people max).
