Welcome home to your cozy suite in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Sacramento Airport, 15 minutes from UC Davis, and 5 minutes from Woodland's historic Main St. You'll have access to the entire suite with a private entrance and ample street parking. Sit out on the patio and enjoy complimentary coffee or relax on the couch with your Roku TV set up to easily sign in to all your streaming apps. Bringing more than 2 guests? Your couch folds out into a queen size bed.

Welcome to the Cabana - a unique and stylish studio apartment in the heart of the South Land Park Hills. Centrally located, you’re a short drive to downtown, shopping, businesses and parks. Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. A private entrance/parking will make your stay comfortable and effortless. We welcome your well-behaved furry friends for a nominal fee.

Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.

Enter the total number of guests to determine your rate. Great patio space and fire pit to enjoy the Napa wine and weather! Several nice seating areas. Off street parking. No children under the age of 12 allowed. Quiet property, no parties, respect neighbors please.

The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. Weekly Pickleball Tues/Thurs-5pm, Sun 12.

The one-bedroom GuestHouse is on a 5-acre rural estate 4 miles from the State Capitol and 7 minutes from Sutter Health Park, home of the Athletics. Enjoy visiting with our two resident horses. Inside, a welcoming space, nicely furnished, a well-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and printer. Everything you need for an extended business trip or a base of operations for a perfect weekend getaway or an Athletics game.

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate.
