Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom basement retreat, nestled in the charming town of Westbrook, just a short 3-minute drive from the Portland, Maine. With its stylish design and upscale amenities, this Airbnb offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in the area. The bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living area, accommodating additional guests comfortably in the spacious living area. There’s a $200 pet fee per pet.

Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

We're a 5 minute drive from the airport, about 10 minutes from downtown, and walking distance to Thompson's Point to enjoy concerts, events, and libations. We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of free parking. Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We love to welcome guests so if you'd like to book please introduce yourselves and let us know who is coming. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

Cottage on Black Brook Preserve

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.

"Oyster River Flat" new construction, walk to town

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

Steps from extensive nature trails and wildflower meadows, this quaint studio cottage is nestled conveniently between the restaurants and breweries of Portland, the outlet shopping of Freeport, and miles and miles of rocky coastline. Perfect for a quiet Maine getaway, lodging near Cumberland fairgrounds and other local attractions, or a visit to family and friends in the area.

Cozy Cabin with hot tub, walk to beach, rock cove

Guest cabin in a private setting down a private road with short walk to Cape Neddick Beach and a secluded pebble beach. Guests have exclusive use of the firepit, outdoor sitting area and hot tub. The cozy and rustic post and beam cabin has two levels with a ladder to the loft level. Private and romantic for a couple, fun for a couple and one or two kids or just two adults.

Kittery Cottage is a private, newly built property located 1.5 miles from the charming city of Portsmouth and minutes from many of the seacoast beaches. With a ten minute walk to Kittery Foreside you have access to many restaurants and shops. The Kittery outlets are less than 2 miles away.
