The view! Our peaceful suite has everything you need to enjoy your time with us including an amazing view of the lake. It has a full kitchen, TINY bathroom and laundry. It’s close to a LOT of outdoor activities: swimming, boating, river rafting/kayaking, golfing, zip lining, biking, hiking, and walking. The suite is 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement park, 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC or CLT Airport. An easy drive to big city attractions. At days end, relax and enjoy dinner or wine by the lake!

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Perfectly nestled on the edge of Lake Wylie with panoramic sunsets, a fishing pier, a gentle-sloping yard, and plenty of outdoor space for fun! Cozy up to our floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a favorite drink. Bring the family and enjoy kayaking and splashing in the water. Two bedrooms and an open loft upstairs with a double and a twin bed. Come unplug, relax, and reconnect with your favorite people. See you at the lake!

Relax and recharge for the week or the month at our well-appointed getaway in York, SC. Our fun & funky mobile home sits on 3 acres of semi-wooded land, set back off the main road with space to accommodate any size boat or trailer as well as plenty of green space for your group to enjoy and explore. Three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and extra blankets, offer a great night's rest for all guests. Two full bathrooms and an open floor plan provide plenty of room for spreading out .

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
