We are 3 miles from the heart of the American Revolution in Yorktown, and Yorktown Beach, and a short drive to area attractions in the Historic Triangle. This lovely, spacious waterfront home is located on the York River in Gloucester County Virginia. It is the perfect get away to enjoy the relaxing sounds and sights of nature. The views are spectacular! Keep an eye out for osprey and dolphins as you enjoy watching the sunrise and set over the water. There is plenty to do! There is a shopping center with a Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance from the property.

Property is centrally located with just an 8 minute drive to Historic Colonial Williamsburg, 2 minute drive to Route 199 access, 2 minute drive to the Williamsburg Winery, and 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens. Kick back and relax after a day of touring the historic triangle. This space was originally built as an artists studio for renowned folk artist Nancy Thomas. The amount of natural light is wonderful and there are still some paint remnants from its former days as an artists studio adding to its unique character and history.
