Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two beach chairs available for your use. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!

PLEASE NOTE: This unique space has very low ceilings and may not accommodate people over 6 feet tall comfortably. PLEASE NOTE: Unit 2 only has one designated parking spot. Any extra cars in your party must park on the side of the road next to the bushes.

This tiny house is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!
