The Avalon at the Cooper House

Gorgeous 1 bed/1 bath suite offering incredible waterfront views of the North East River. King size bed, a convertible single bed, seating and tv area, outdoor seating with unmatched water front views and private entrance. Walk to marinas, fishing, restaurants, parks, tennis, and kayak launch, excellent porch sitting, and picture perfect sunrises. The Avalon is one of three suites available at The Cooper House and can be combined to accommodate larger groups, or kept separated, if desired.

This unique Red Point Cottage offers vintage charm, rustic accents and incredible sunsets overlooking the Chesapeake bay from a 50 ft cliffside waterfront location. Our cottage has two bedrooms, one queen and one king - all bedding is provided and included. We have an open cottage concept with water views from every room. A stone gas fireplace, fully equipped custom kitchen, central air, washer & dryer, WIFI, flat screen TV, stereo, gas grill, fire pit, outside shower and front porch.

Recently updated unique lighthouse replica on the northern tip of the Chesapeake Bay. 4 bedrooms & 2 sleeping nooks, the house can sleep up to 14 in 6 beds (3 kings, 1 queen, 2 doubles) and one queen sofa bed. 4 bathrooms - 2 ensuite. Two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, family style dining area. Wrap around decks on multiple floors. Firepit, Adirondack seating, lawn games for enjoying 1.5 acres with water views. Community sandy beach across the street for strolling & relaxing.

The Cooper House in Charlestown, Maryland is a new waterfront property offering 3 individual suites or, for larger parties, the entire house with 4 bedrooms. Each suite has a private entrance, wi-fi, tv, individual climate control, and parking. Unwind on the two-tiered porch or sit by the cozy outdoor fire pit. The property owner lives on site.

Top of the Chesapeake - Private Waterfront Home

Our house is nestled between the shore of the NE River and the creek and marsh directly behind. The home is warm, unassuming and inviting; you'll feel right at home. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

The Beach House

The Beach House is a lovely two story beach cottage, which overlooks the head of the Chesapeake Bay. The beach is seconds from the front door and all guests have beach and water access to Red Point Beach. Guests may also enjoy access to the dock and boat ramp. The house has been recently renovated and with its open floor plan it is perfect for housing families and groups. We no longer accept pets and we do not allow events.
