This beautiful, modern 3 bedroom house is nestled into the forest on 3 acres of private land with a stunning view of the mountains. The stylish open concept space is the perfect base for your adventures in Kluane National Park with lots of room for groups & families. Cook meals for your family in the well appointed kitchen, get cozy in front of the woodstove on a special weekend retreat or set up a remote office in the mountains with fast wifi. Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town by car, the suite is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.
