It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

This is a detached two bedroom chalet. The inside has been newly renovated and we are constantly touching up! The St Marys’ ferry to Cumberland Island is a few blocks away! The host will help make the most of your trip by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, wagons and tips for a great day at the beach. Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Jekyll and St Simmons Island are all within 30 min. Go enjoy the day there, then relax with marsh views next to the sea ~ it’s pure Next-ta-Sea

Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/2 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.
