Quirky Yuma Guest House

Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. We've been investing in our home to make it better for you, and we're currently changing out windows and will shortly begin painting. We're about 1.5 miles to Interstate 8 and nearby to Algadones, the Imperial Dunes, and everything Yuma has to offer!

To MCAS 3 miles from YRMC hospital. 1 small pet( dogs only) under 20 lbs allowed (pet fee and restrictions apply) Please NO CATS Older neighborhood close to Old Yuma Downtown, Historic Yuma Prison,Colorado River & 2 min. Walk to West wetlands park.

Kitchen has high end built in cooktop and ovens, also all brand new appliances. Living room is extra spacious. 3 car garage. This house is near the foothills library, foothills golf courses, the sheriffs station, the I-8. Outside features fire-pit, pool, bbq grill, sitting areas, fruit trees, and more! Great home to kick back and relax.

Santa Fe 3 studio

Casa Santa Fe comprises four distinct apartments, ranging from one to two bedrooms, each featuring private patios and terraces. The property boasts an exceptional common pool area, This amenity includes a pool bar for beverages, sunbeds, and a grill. It's important to note that the jacuzzi incurs an additional cost of $40 USD. To utilize it, kindly provide a minimum two-hour notice for activation. The residence is designed to offer a serene and peaceful environment.

Southwest Bungalow

Our Southwestern-styled guesthouse is a private studio apartment complete with a kitchen and bathroom. We have a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma)
