Farm Breakaway from the hustle & bustle of city life and come relax at Soutkloof Guest House, situated on Soutkloof farm between Moorreesburg & Piketberg, close to Koringberg. It is a beautiful working farm run by father-son team Andries & Frikkie.We offer guests a taste of farm life (if they so wish), peaceful walks, beautiful scenery, star gazing, the opportunity to do absolutely nothing, or a variety of activities within close proximity – from wine tasting to mountain bike trails, to museums.

The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Only 25 minutes drive from Paternoster to the North, Langebaan to the South & just a 250m walk along green belt to serene, rocky shoreline.

We have upgraded the bathroom and added a separate bedroom. Stunning sea views from the bedroom as well as the living room. Little hideaway in tranquil setting a minutes walk to beach. Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from your patio or from the comfort of your bed. Go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

On the beach! Die Vissershuisie is a romantic three bedroomed cottage built in the traditional west coast style. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite & has a queen size bed. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wow! Private Wood fire hot tub with a breathtaking sea view. Schwinn Cruiser bicycles to explore the town. Very important: Guests with no reviews need to send a request and not book instantly. The Red House is a charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the small village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat farms, this retreat offers the best of countryside living - stargazing, farmland scenery, and the area’s largest swimming pool! Ideal for families or a small group of friends. Our house is not perfect, but we love it to bits, and we hope you'll enjoy it just as much as we do!

Vleidam in Koringberg is the peaceful getaway you've been searching for. With panoramic views of the richly fertile farmlands, Vleidam Guest Farm is tranquil, country-living for the whole family. On arrival guests get freshly home baked bread with home made jam. There is milk and filtered water in the fridge; home made rusks in a jar and coffee, sugar and tea. These are all included in the price.
