Situated at the very heart of the old town ( Zadar peninsula) our spacious, cozy, warm and fully equipped two bedroom apartment with a large balcony overseeing the famous Zadar Riva ( sea view) on the one side, and historical center including the Church of St.Donatus on the other, has the prime location perfect for a dream vacation. Naturally well-lit and within a charming, vibrant and a safe community that is perfect for singles,couples and families on holiday.

There are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a living room, terrace. The apartment is 5min on foot from beach, bus stop and the shop. The center distance is 10 minutes by bus, 5 minutes with car. There are few bars and restaurants. Possibility to organize excursions to our beautiful national parks np Kornati, np Krka, np Plitvice Lakes ... transport from airport to apartment ... rent a car, scooter and bicycle

PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

The apartment is located right next to the main street "Jadranska Cesta" on the first floor of our house. You have your own garden for BBQ´s and cozy afternoons. Our main focus is the family friendly environment nonetheless we would be happy to accommodate various people and constellations from all over the world. We are a family which lived over 20 years in Berlin, so we are speaking German and Croatian.
