7 min walk to lake Visaginas

Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Manor House by Grazute Regional Park

This isn't just a place to stay. It’s a place to reconnect with each other, nature and with yourself. The manor by Gražutė doesn’t offer modern conveniences such as running water or hot tube. But it offers something far more rare—stillness and simplicity. And it is a true wilderness escape for those who love challenges. Without a 4- WD vehicle, be prepared to walk 800 meters until destination. The territory is surrounded by ancient forest and marshlands with wildlife. The nearest lake is 8 km.

Prie Ąžuolo

Zarasuose, adr. Malūno g.16, yra du atskiri namai, šeimininkės ir svečių namai: „Prie ąžuolo“. Čia veikia nemokamas belaidis internetas, yra išmaniosios televizijos kanalus rodantis plačiaekranis televizr. Yra terasa, kiemelis su vaizdu į sodą, įrengta svetainės erdvė, du vonios kambariai su dušu ir higienos priem. Virtuvė su mikrobangų krosnele ir šaldytuvu. Svečiai gali naudotis skalbimo mašina, indaplove, orkaite, virykle, skrudintuvu, virduliu ir kavos virimo aparatu. Yra stalo reikmenys.

"ŠILO NAMAS" is perfect place for family, also for romantic holiday. Here is the house, terrace, fireplace, barbecue for you. You can use a hot tub, double paddle board for extra payment. 100-200m from the house is the pine forest with trails, a lake with a public beach suitable also for children. The centre of Zarasai is about 3 km from house, you can go there on bike path. In the house are 2 bedrooms with double beds,in the little second flor are 2 mattresses for children.

80 m2 villa by a private lake open for guests all year around. The villa is near lake Alaušas and is located just outside Sudeikiai in Samanės village. The house is built using ecological materials with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The house is built in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature. Calm and cozy 2-room (55 m2) apartment. Big kitchen. Nice window view (all windows are equiped with moscito nets). Balcony. There is always a free parking place. 2 big supermarkets within 3-minute walk and lake within 10 minutes walk. Big playground in the backyard.

The homestead is located in the forest, near the lake Luodis. This is a great opportunity to escape from the noise of the city. The homestead has a hot tub, a sauna and a pond where you can swim.
