Ruhige Wohnung in Altstadthaus am Dreiflußeck

Die großzügige Wohnung hat ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 1. OG eines aufwendig generalsanierten Altstadthauses nahe am berühmten Passauer Dreiflußeck direkt am Inn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Prázdninová chaloupka z 18.století, kompletně rekonstruovaná v roce 2018. Naši hosté mají k dispozici celý samostatný domeček ve kterém se nacházejí v přízemí společenská místnost s kuchyňkou, samostané WC a koupelna, spolu s finskou saunou z lipového dřeva a v podkroví dvě ložnice s dispozicí, jedna ložnice pro 3 dospělé osoby a větší ložnice pro 4 dospělé osoby (případně dva dospělí a tři děti). Vše v Šumavském Podlesí. Možno využívat zahradu a posezení s grilem. Hosté mají plné soukromí.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Am Klopferbach I liegt am Ende einer Seitenstraße eingebettet im Grünen. Die Zwei-Zimmerwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des 2020 gebauten Holzhauses bestehend aus einem Eingang, einem hellen gemütlichen Wohnraum, einer Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Holzboden und Waldterasse. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.
