Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house, thoughtfully built using stones gathered from the hills overlooking Rogoznica. Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
