The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
