Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...
