Bellissima casa vacanza con 6 posti letto,a due passi dal centro, e dalle splendide spiagge del lungomare di Pozzallo. Lo stabile recentemente ristrutturato,offre tutti i confort per una splendida vacanza. Aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno , asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e una cucina interamente accessoriata. Si raggiungono facilmente, negozi, supermercati, bar ristoranti, farmacia banche. Possibilita' di visitare facilmente i luoghi del barocco ibleo; ragusa ibla modica noto scicli.

La casa sul mare

L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal mare, la vista dal terrazzo è più unica che rara. Le spiagge distano 5/10 minuti mentre il centro della città, con tutti i suoi servizi, è proprio tutto intorno. Solo l'ingresso è in comune con un altro appartamento, la casa è composta da una camera da letto climatizzata, soggiorno\cucina climatizzata con divano letto e poltrona letto, un bagno con doccia e una splendida terrazza attrezzata.
