This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. The house is entirely made of stone, all on one floor and decorated in a typical Apulian style with balcony and roof terrace with a view of the beautiful Adriatic.

A staircase leads to the two-level terrace, featuring an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a dining area.

L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla piazza di Sant’Oronzo (centro storico) Ristrutturato nel 2020, l’appartamento è composto su tre piani : Primo piano con cucina ,salotto, bagno (e balcone). secondo piano composto da camera da letto e bagno e Terrazza panoramica. Ci sono delle scale alte da fare! La prima zona balneare di Ostuni si trova a 6 km. Parcheggio gratuito convento sacro cuore frati minori. A parte bisogna pagare la tassa di soggiorno. It is arranged on two living levels and two panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, one large table and chairs of excellent quality, the other terrace with two sun loungers, the sun is strong here I recommend it!!!
