This 521sq. ft. cottage was built in 2021 and has all the comforts and conveniences of being in your own home. Horse Country's North Twenty Haven is located on 20 acres of oak studded pastures with views of a neighboring iconic thoroughbred farm. Our secure working farm is home to horses, mini donkeys and cattle. A tree lined driveway leads to your private retreat. Have your morning coffee on your deck, visit with the farm animals and occasional wild turkeys, deer and fox. The Reddick farm is located 12 miles from downtown Ocala, 7 miles from Canyon Zipline, 16 miles from HITS and 14 miles from WEC.

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.
