Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Een leuk klein appartement dicht bij Rotterdam

Een locatie met veel voorzieningen in de buurt. supermarkt, snackbar, Poolse supermarkt met vers voedsel, winkelcentrum en restaurants. Een rustige omgeving maar toch met de gemakken van de stad Rotterdam. Rotterdam is eenvoudig te bereiken met de bus, metro of trein. Het is een appartementencomplex met eigen huisregels waar streng op wordt toegezien door de mede-eigenaren van het pand.
