Apartment Goldcoast private 2BR next to the Lake

This quiet Oasis with a private garden terrace is located in Küsnacht only 2 walking minutes from Lake Zurich. The cozy apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a comfortable queen size bed and a big modern closet. On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

Rheinau ist ein schönes Dorf mit historischem Ortskern. Bekannt ist die prächtige barocke Klosterkirche. Neben klassischen Konzerten finden im Dorf auch Rock- und Blueskonzerte statt. Rheinau verfügt zudem über ein attraktives Hallen- und Freibad mit Sauna. Die Umgebung ist wie geschaffen zum Wandern, Velofahren, Baden, Tauchen und Fischen. Rheinau liegt nur 7 km vom weltberühmten Rheinfall bei Schaffhausen und 30 km vom Flughafen Zürich entfernt.

Dieses bezaubernde ehemalige Bauernhaus stammt aus dem Jahr 1814 und liegt mit nur wenigen Schritten direkt am Zürichsee. Nach Zürich hast Du es max. 25 min mit dem Auto oder den ÖVs. Auf die andere Seeseite kommst Du bequem mit der Auto-Fähre in Meilen. Du kannst bei mir Deinen Urlaub oder Seminar-/ und Tagungsstage in angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen. Auch nur für eine kurze Auszeit findest Du bei mir ausreichend Ruhe und Erholung.
