Historic apartment in the old town of Stein

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Dieses kleine, aber feine Refugium bietet dir die perfekte Gelegenheit, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Der großzügige Garten, der dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht, lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hier findest du Ruhe und Erholung inmitten einer atemberaubenden Landschaft.

URBAN UNIT | nearby city center

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

38 helle und gemütliche Quadratmeter mit eigenem Eingang, geschützter Gartenbereich, Sauna, Tischtennis, wandern im Gänsgraben zur Heidenstatt ... Fahrräder für die Heurigenfahrt, Boote für Fluß und See und gibt's von uns frei. Und Josephsbrot, die wirklich gute Bäckerei mit Cafe gibts im Dorf! Susanne ist Jugendcoach. I rent out a very sunny and bright apartment only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Ober-St. Veit. The aparrment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with mit bath. A terrace can be used in summer.
