Charming studio to rent in a lovely historical district of Montmartre/ Moulin-Rouge, lively neighbourhood, plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. It is about 50 meters from the famous "cafe de Deux Moulin" where the famous film "Amélie" was set. The Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Coeur are about a five minutes walk away from the studio. Every Sunday the sector becomes a traffic-free zone. A 14 sqm renovated studio for one person. Set on the courtyard side of the building, it is very quiet and sunny on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. Kitchen is fitted with an electric induction cooker, a fridge with a frizzer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Cleaning, and linen are included in the rate. You will find all types of shops at 20 meters by foot ( supermarkets, bakery, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc... ) Transport : Metro (n°2 - 12 - 13) Metro stations - Abbesses, Blanche, Place Clichy.
