Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Very elegant and comfy 2 bedrooms flat. 100 sq meters well located in a great area called Batignolles, close to South Pigalle, Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Subway, buses, food store and all commodities just downstairs! Montmartre is 10 minutes walk from home, Champs Elysées direct by subway in 5 stations. Sa grande verrière et ses 4 mètres 30 sous plafond en font un espace unique où j'ai pu disposer ma collection personnelle de photographies. L'appartement, de 59 m2, dispose d'un vaste salon, d'une bibliothèque dans la mezzanine, d'une chambre séparée, d'une cuisine toute équipée et d'une salle de bain. C'est mon appartement personnel, donc ni fête, ni shooting.

Le couchage comprend un lit queen size (160x200). L'appartement est situé au 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est calme et très agréable à vivre. Proche de la rue de Lévis avec tous ces commerces et restaurants.

Appartement 3 pièces de 57 m² , rue Guy Môquet, à côté des Batignolles. Quartier animé et très sympa avec de nombreux bars, restaurants et parcs à proximité. Je l'ai rénové en 2014, et j'y vis avec mes deux enfants depuis ! Attention, 4e étage sans ascenseur. Situé sur la ligne 13, entre Brochant et Guy Môquet. La ligne 14 est à 15 mn à pied ou accessible avec le bus 31 (en bas de l'immeuble).
