Notre appartement est cosy et lumineux ! Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants, nous sommes entre le canal de l'Ourq, le parc des Buttes-Chaumont et la Villette. Attention, ce n'est pas un appartement locatif à l'année, c'est notre lieu de vie avec nos 2 enfants et notre chat, nos affaires restent dans l'appartement (mais pas notre chat:)). Très agréable il est situé à 1 minute à pied du métro. Uniquement disponible une à deux semaines par an lors de nos vacances.

Situé au 5e étage avec ascenseur dans une belle copropriété , ce deux pièces en double exposition très lumineux possède un salon orienté plein sud, baigné de soleil du matin au soir. Situé dans une rue très calme, à quelques mètres du Parc des Buttes Chaumont, et à deux pas du village Jourdain, très commerçant, il est à 15 minutes du centre de Paris à partir de Jourdain. Idéal pour les travailleurs. Bureau et écran d’ordinateur. Wifi rapide. Proche du métro.
