The apartment is surrounded by many gourmet shops and restaurants. It is located in the courtyard side of the building so you won't be bored by any noise!

15 mn to Porte de Versailles exhibition center, beautiful and sunny apartment in a great location just between Alesia and Porte Orleans, 14 district, with elevator/lift. It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE. This large renovated studio (40 Square Meters) comes with a spacious room, a nice and quiet balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and high speed wifi. There are one comfortable double bed (*190) Because it is in a big city, the dust is inevitable, sorry in advance

My place is right on the rue Saint-Honore across from the new Saint Laurent store. You can go jogging in the morning in the Jardin des Tuileries which is a stone's throw away, as is the Louvre, the Palais Royal and the Place Vendôme. It's cozy, bright, well finished with solid oak, white marble, linen from Merci, Bisazza tiles, iitala tableware etc. Good for solo adventurers, business travelers and couples. Please note that I follow Airbnb's new, enhanced cleaning & sanitizing protocols.

C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu.
