Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Whether you are staying shorter or longer, this is a great Aarhus apartment for you. Located in the center of Aarhus, this apartment is newly renovated, fully equipped, and stylish. It has classic danish design and furniture combining both design and function. Allergy friendly. <b>What you will find</b> The apartment can accommodate 1-4 persons. There is one bedroom with new beds, and a sofa bed in the living room which two can sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with seating for five. There is tea and coffee for you already at the apartment, as well as a kettle to warm water and a good Moccamaster coffee maker. The bathroom is bright and clean, and has a enclosed shower. You have a private entrance to the apartment, and a nice courtyard with seating in the garden. <b>The Area</b> Emmerys Bakery is located just down the Guldsmedgade, and Rema 1000 grocery store is even closer (open 8-22). There are brunch places within 500 meters. Several supermarkets within ½-1 km. You will be close to the Cathedral, the Women's Museum, Occupation Museum, Museum of Natural History (½ km.) Station, University Concert Hall, Aros, Old Town (1 km.) Very good playground for children (Børnenes Jord) is very close. Public transport: Light Rail to Nørreport, which is nearby. There are several buses stopping at Klostertorv or Nørreport . If you are arriving by car, take Ny Munkegade Street - Thunøgade - Norsgade.   If you are arriving on foot, from Klostertorvet take a left onto Goldsmith Street and then straight to Norsgade. <b>Good to Know</b> My name is Klaus Bjerre. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Der er bordplads og stole foran huset til en kop kaffe eller en læsestund - andre pladser i gården er forbeholdt os selv og vores naboer. Cosy “tinyhouse” guesthouse with enough space for one person - or a couple. We have table and chairs in front of the house, for a cup of coffee - other seatings in the yard are reserved for our neighbors and ourselves.

The rooms are separated by partitions that stop 30 cm before the ceiling Cozy TV room, large kitchen / living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. oven and dishwasher. There are bed linen and towels included. NO SMOKING NO PARTY AGE LIMIT: YOU HAVE TO BE 27 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK NO PARTIES ALLOWED
