Preciosa casa típica Canaria recién acondicionada, en zona residencial tranquila a 750 mt. de la playa, amplia terraza privada con mesa para 6 y 2 tumbonas. La casa consta de dos plantas, entrando tenemos el recibidor desde donde se accede al comedor, cocina, baño completo y escalera para acceder al nivel superior que dispone de 2 habitaciones dobles, el baño completo y amplio balcón con vistas al Mar y a la montaña. Comparte acceso a través de la terraza a la vivienda inferior independiente .

Das Haus (65qm) liegt im Südosten Teneriffas in Abades, also auf der sonnigeren Seite der Insel. Sie wohnen ca. 1- 2 Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, sowie zwei Tauchschulen, Spielplätze, Tennisplätze und Vieles mehr. Der Sandstrand ist überraschend wenig frequentiert und eignet sich super zum Baden, Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohn-Essküche und eine sehr schöne und sonnige Terrasse (56qm).

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! o con tu pareja o amigos. Zona muy tranquila y especial de las que quedan ya muy poco en Tenerife. Playa, Piscina, paseos en bicicleta o andando y naturaleza prácticamente virgen. Bien comunicada y sitio estratégico para visitar la Isla en coche a pocos minutos del aeropuerto sur 15km, a 25km de Playa de las Americas y a 35km de la Capital Santa Cruz. Fácil acceso a la Autopista y a 8 minutos a pie de la playa Abades.

The house has a large terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun. In addition, a small fishing port. Het appartement van Casa Barbades is een 1 slaapkamer appartement met een 2 persoonsbed in de slaapkamer en een 2 persoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Het is geheel zelfstandig met eigen keuken en ruime net opgeknapte badkamer. Een ruime patio met eettafel, hangmat en lounge set. Daarnaast kan er ook gebruik gemaakt worden van het zonnedek bovenop. Dit is gedeeld met het andere appartement. Vanaf het zonnedek heb je prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Duiken en klimmen is zeer populair hier.
