Montgomeryshire - the Paradise of Wales Montgomeryshire is known as "The Paradise of Wales", and this charming holiday cottage is located at its very heart. One of two Beautiful apartments ( this one is on the ground floor but is up a couple of steps so it is probably unsuitable for wheelchairs) in the historic Porch House; a 16th century grade II* listed timber framed town house in the centre of Bishops Castle, opposite a pub with lively music nights. The apartment has a super king size bed and room to take bicycles in the anteroom. Apartment 2 is under a separate listing.

Twlc Fach is a renovated detached former pig sty which acts as an annex to the main property. Consisting of a bright and airy kitchen/living area with a homely wood burner and under floor heating. The kitchen also includes an electric oven, grill and hob and fridge. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a separate shower and a double bedroom which includes fitted furniture.

The Garden House

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
