This turn of the century rare two car garage is now a very well appointed studio apartment. It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. The bathroom space is pocket-size with plenty of style. Some my find the bathroom space challenging. Located north of downtown on the fringe of a quiet residential area. The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.
