Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

This rustic tiny home is architecturally designed and constructed almost entirely of recycled materials gathered from house demolitions. Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

The warehouse deck, accessible to guests, overlooks Second Creek and beautiful Borthwick Park with its ancient River Redgums. Ideal for long or shorter stays, the space can be modified for working from home or study with a table and office chair if you prefer.

It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.
