Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Cucuvaya House - Panoramic sea view

Cucuvaya House is an old renovated house , located in the traditional village of Upper Platanias. It took its name from a white owl that for years gazed, like the house, at the endless blue of the Cretan Sea. The house has open spaces and it is literally on the edge of the cliff, offering a breathtaking panoramic sea view. There's also a private parking. Ideal for quiet & romantic sunsets on the terrace. Also the house offers high-speed internet connection that supports work remotely (380Mbps)

Serenity retreat is located 11 kilometres from the city centre of Chania. The famous Agia Marina beach is only 4’ on foot. Also, nearby there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, bus stations and taxis. Serenity retreat, a clean and comfy recently renovated accommodation ideal for two couples or a family. It belongs to a local family passionate with Greek hospitality-Greek culture. The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.
