Welcome to our beautifully renovated, historic two-story artist’s house offers a perfect blend of charm and comfort. It features two cozy bedrooms, air conditioning, a brand-new bathroom with a shower, and a modern kitchen with handmade details. A wooden staircase leads to a lovely living room with balconies overlooking green pine hills and the sea. Enjoy a spacious terrace with a traditional pergola, outdoor dining, and a serene courtyard with lemon and orange trees, and a unique outdoor shower

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Xanthi's sunshine maisonette

House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. Στον χώρο αυτό που έδωσα το όνομα της μητέρας μου, "Χρυσάνθη", έχω περάσει όλα μου τα καλοκαίρια από μικρό παιδί. Ανακαίνισα αυτόν τον χώρο με πολλή αγάπη.Είναι μεγάλη μου χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσω και ελπίζω να περάσετε υπέροχα! Ένας όμορφος και ήσυχος χώρος μέσα στα πεύκα με θέα στην θάλασσα,ιδανικός για δύο άτομα ή και για οικογένειες με ένα παιδί Γνωρίστε επίσης και τα άλλα δύο διαμερίσματά μας, βίλα Χρυσάνθη και βίλα Χρυσάνθη number 5 που βρίσκονται στον ίδιο χώρο

Spitaki Agistri

Το Spitaki είναι μια ισόγεια οικεία, 2 υπνοδωματίων με νησιώτικη και παραδοσιακή αισθητική, φτιαγμένο με τέτοιο τρόπο, που θα σας κάνει να αισθανθείτε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Μεγαλοχωρίου, δίπλα σε super market, ταβερνάκια και bar, ενώ οργανωμένη παραλία μπορείτε να βρείτε σε απόσταση μόλις 450m με τα πόδια από το σπίτι. Το Spitaki βρίσκεται μακριά από την φασαρία του δρόμου και μέσα σε ένα σοκάκι βγαλμένο από άλλη εποχή!

Traditional Poros residence "Nina's House"

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The Roof Top

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Σκάλας, κοντά στο κέντρο σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά.Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την παραλία.Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται super market κ φαρμακείο. Επίσης υπάρχει μια πολύ όμορφη κοινόχρηστη αυλή την οποία μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε
