This is a recently built, architecturally designed, contemporary home that provides spacious rooms/areas to relax and enjoy, both indoor and outdoor. Includes many activities for both adults & kids to enjoy, including a large salt water pool, tennis court , extensive grass area for outdoor games plus table tennis & home gym set up in the garage. It is situated in a lovely, private rural setting surrounded by mature trees, on a 20 acre lifestyle block, while still only 5 mins drive to Havelock.

Farm House - Te Pa Heihei Toa

Our family farm escape ready for your adventure. A spacious 4 bed, 2 bathroom (one shower and one bath), and sleepout, fully equipped, 'living wood', lockwood home. Smaller fully fenced section around the house with a tree-house, trampoline, swings and small liner pool in summer months.(Dec - Feb). The extras on the property include Hawkes Bay's only undercover skate park that is open every day, a motoX / bike track that is suitable for pitbikes, beautiful rustic silos, sheep and chickens.

Casa da Karina

Casa da Karina was built in 1932 as part of Muritai Homestead. Now it is my home, full of character and charm, perfect to welcome friends and family. My dog Lola is only acting as a model but won’t be here during your stay. Our Cat however, stays. In the so called "green circle" of Havelock North. It is a 7-10 minute stroll into the Village where all shops and restaurants are at walking distance: even Te Mata Peak. Wineries and beaches are a short drive away. You’ll enjoy Casa da Karina.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
