Lake Escape

Enjoy your private lakefront cabin! Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

-Elora's Cabin- Waterfront Treehouse

Elora's Cabin is a remote luxury cabin tucked away amongst the bluffs and trees on the banks of the Sipsey River. Direct access to the river allows you to head north and explore deep into Bankhead Forrest or head south to Smith Lake. Backed up to a rock bluff with a natural spring, there is a seating area with a firepit that provides a serene escape to nature or use the deck for cooking and river views. It's designed to allow you to fully experience nature, while also having comforts of home!

Welcome to the “Ranch Bunkhouse.” You can live a Lil Yellowstone in your private cabin. Our Ranch Bunkhouse is a rustic, fun, eclectic place with unique flair. This isn't just an overnight stop it's an experience. Stroll thru the small western town we have built on the property. Dogs are our pals and horses are our livestock. Hiking trails provide a walk thru the woods and the back deck of the western town makes for a comfortable spot to rest and enjoy the mountain view. Come see the country.

Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

Tiny Haven on Big Canoe Creek

Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Fairytale Cabin on Lake Wedowee

Escape to our fairytale, on 100 secluded acres of gorgeous forest on Lake Wedowee/river (short walk to water down road). Soak in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven, snuggle in nest swing or stroll the river road to swim or kayak. Hike to Wolf Creek and pan for gold. This gorgeous cabin is inspired by the 1840s rock chimneys-found in the forest—built with reclaimed heart of pine, stained glass & cedar from the woods. No tv—this is a place to unplug. Tammy’s Cozy Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tammy’s Cozy Cabin is located minutes from Jacksonville and Piedmont, AL. It is close to biking, hiking, and horse trails. Jacksonville State University football, softball, and basketball. There are also wineries, museums, and kayaking. You can sit on the front porch or around the fire-pit and listen to the sounds of nature. It is located on the owners property but is secluded by trees. It had its own drive and self-check in.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

The Rusty Brick Studio

Come relax at this unique, cozy studio and enjoy a quiet farm setting. The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!
