Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Naples Puppy-friendly Paradise

This is an air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 1 bath private guesthouse with full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, and plentiful parking. The private backyard is perfect for a dog to run around. Nearby dog beach where you can take your furry friend off-leash. 30min to Disneyland, 10min from the Grand Prix/Long Beach Convention Center, 1min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the canals.
