Ideal for single travelers, a couple (or friends if they don't mind sharing the queen bed in the bedroom.) a single futon chair be is also available. The large fenced yard is around the gate. Guests are welcome to use the yard, creek side and the grill.

Quaint, 2 bedrooms separated by a solid wood French barn door, 1-1/2 bathrooms, 1,000 sq ft. Full kitchen: glass top stove, microwave, large fridge under cabinet, dishwasher, and everything you need. Washer & Dryer in the laundry room, just off the kitchen. Private front door parking. Keypad entry on both front and back doors.

This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
