Spacious Mountainside Studio

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Enjoy this Bike or Ski In/Out Condo at the base of Alyeska with easy access to the lower or upper mountain lifts. This cozy condo on the ground floor has it's own entrance-keyless, parking out front. See photos for more info. It’s a 1 bed/1 bath with 3 beds to satisfy a family of 4. Rents for $250/a night. There is an Elec.Fireplace, SmartTV, DBL Vanity, Wifi, Micro/DW/Toaster. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. The complex also offers in a common area bath and shower, Sauna, Pool table, W/D ($2 per load).
