Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. Take it easy at Dancing Waters located on Pirate's Cove in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the ever changing views with many species of birds against the backdrop of Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

Our home is a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45-minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway!

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

The Magic Treehouse

We call our second-story studio apartment the Magic Treehouse because it is up in the trees that enhance the view and provide a magical ambience.
