This amazing villa in Benitachell - Moraira has a large terrace with private swimming pool with warm shower. It has beautiful views to mountains. With clear weather you can see Calpe rock and sea. It has 4 bedrooms , 2 large dining tables, sun-beds, bar/ BBQ. Next to the villa is enough car parking. Shopping mall with supermarkets are 2 minutes drive away. The town Moraira and beach are 6 minutes drive away. Village Benitachell 4 min away. Alicante airport 1 hour away. Valencia 1.15 hour away.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Lovely apartment in Moraira with superb views

You will love the sea views from our apartment. The location is ideal if you want to have a quiet holidays but at the same time close to the center (10 minutes walk). The people of the town are very friendly. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children also). There are beautiful beaches in the area, the town is quiet but with all the facilities and it is also very close to many other charming towns and cities that can be visited by car.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. La distancia a la playa del Moraig es de 2,2 km y a la playa del Portet de 3,5 km, en la zona hay tambien muchas rutas de senderismo, subida al Montgo, Catedral del senderismo, subida al Puig Campana..... Zona muy tranquila y con mucha paz
