The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

A stylish 1 x bedroom log cabin perfect for a couple. Set in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Open views to the east coast some 10 miles away. The historic town of Louth with it's many cafes, restaurants & independent shops is only 5 minutes away. Coastal towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes, Market town of Horncastle, Dambusters famous Woodall Spa & Lincoln Cathedral are within local area. Ramblers rejoice! There are many picturesque walks nearby.

Unwind in your private hot tub or lounge around the fire pit for a serene evening.

Located at Wren Farm, our brand new to 2023 luxury lodge situated besides the alpaca fields, with Wren Farm Desserts cafe on site. A most beautiful luxury annex to the main residence , with an indoor heated luxury swimming pool and 2 person sauna infrared.The property is set on the River Bain ,with open views to the Bain valley. . The pretty village of Kirkby on Bain is just 600 yards away. The Ebbington Arms is a wonderful public house which is well renowned for its excellent food. The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, galley kitchen (with sink, small fridge, microwave), dining area and bedroom (double bed) with en-suite suitable for 1-2 adults only (sorry no children or pets).
